Return Form

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have received damaged products, please fill out the form below to begin the return process. Please note the following information:

Return forms must be filed within 7 days of delivery or pickup of products.

Please do not call SKN Holistic Rejuvenation Clinic. They cannot assist you with your return.

Products must be unopened / unsued / and contain all original packaging materials

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on returns. Those living in the Vancouver area may be able to drop their products off at SKN Holistic Rejuvenation Clinic on a case by case basis (though the refund will be done online).

Customers who qualified for free shipping are responsible for the $8.99 + tax shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund if you qualified for free shipping.

All refunds are done through your original purchasing method. We cannot and will not give refunds on site at SKN Holistic Rejuvenation Clinic (even if you decide to bring your products in to save on return shipping).

Once you complete the return form, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Responses may take 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri only).
